Lisa Shea Smith has vast experience in web technology and has demonstrated history in producing well-planned web content for media such as: web sites, web blogs, social community sites, and email marketing. These results are executed using Best Practice with various creative software and HTML/CSS.
She was the web producer at Legendary Pictures (2011). She was instrumental in creating the company’s web site re-design and developing user-interface and functionality. She oversaw the day-to-day site maintenance, managed the web development team, created e-newsletter communications, and assisted in developing web technology strategies that meet and exceed business objectives.
Prior to Legendary, Smith was a contract web designer at Wett Designs (2009), and before that, a web designer at mobileStorm (2007-09), an online email marketing company, where she created email marketing campaigns. She was quickly promoted to webmaster and overseer of their corporate site. Before mobileStorm she did a paid internship at Infomercial.tv (2007), a web creative company for As-See-On-TV companies, where she learned the ins-and-outs of hand-coding HTML/CSS and other web technologies.
Smith gained her entertainment industry experience in 2004, working as a print production artist at Graphic Orb, a print production house, where she worked on print movie collateral for such titles as Memoirs of a Geisha, Hitch, The Legend of Zorro, and Spider-Man 2 for Columbia Pictures.
Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Austin Peay State University and has expanded her knowledge in Web Design, Marketing: Principles & Practices, and Social Media & Online Marketing at UCLA Extension.
